What’s covered
Your NovaPlay is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use. This warranty is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
What’s not covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by modification. It also does not cover compatibility with vehicles that do not have factory wired Apple CarPlay.
Making a claim
Contact support@thenovaplay.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
