Shipping & delivery

Every UK order ships free with next-day delivery and full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order before 4pm GMT on a working day and we’ll aim to dispatch the same day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

We ship worldwide for a flat, fully tracked rate of £4.99 — added at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

For orders shipped outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the price or the shipping fee.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email support@thenovaplay.com with your order number and we’ll chase the courier and put it right.
