These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase of NovaPlay. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a question, contact support@thenovaplay.com.

All content, design and branding on this site is owned by NovaPlay and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it.

When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any payment in full if we do.

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and card). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

You can cancel and return your order as set out in our Returns policy, including your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

NovaPlay must be used in compliance with local road-safety laws. Video apps should only be used when the vehicle is safely parked, and we are not liable for misuse. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
