When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

With your consent, we also collect anonymised usage analytics (such as pages visited and device type) to understand and improve the site. No analytics are collected until you accept cookies.

We use your information to fulfil and deliver your order and provide support (to perform our contract with you); to send order and delivery updates; to prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations (legitimate interests and legal obligation); and to measure and improve the site (only with your consent). We never sell your personal data.

We only set analytics and marketing cookies after you accept them via our cookie banner — you can decline, and essential cookies that make the site work do not require consent. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the shop, under agreements that protect your information: Stripe (payment processing), our delivery couriers (to ship your order), Resend (to send order emails), and Google Analytics (anonymised usage). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing, at any time by contacting support@thenovaplay.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
